Founders
Jeff De Prez
CEO
Jeff is a co-founder of De Prez and Son Property Management. Jeff went into the Marines right after graduating high school and after serving his country he began his property management career as an on-site manager while going to school to become a police officer. After retiring from police work, he got back into property management at Heyming and Johnson Property Management INC. starting as a property supervisor, area manager, regional manager then Vice President of Operations where he grew the company and started the in-house maintenance team to service all of the properties in the various areas managed by Heyming and Johnson, Inc. which provided property management services throughout the Inland Empire. Jeff departed H&J and later returned to purchase the company with his father and wife Amy and resumed servicing the core customer base he was instrumental in obtaining and maintaining. He has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, he is a CCRM (California Certified Residential Manager), a licensed real estate agent (DRE #019833566), and a certified EPA Renovator.
Amy De Prez
CFO
Before working at DePrez and Son, Amy led an impressive career with 30+ years of experience in working in the accounting and financial industry. Amy was accountant and became CFO of Golden Properties Group which serviced properties throughout the Inland Empire and Orange County. Amy’s role is Chief Financial Officer at DePrez and Son and Amy oversees all office relations and she deals directly with owners. Through her commitment to this role she ensures that all financial decisions made are in our clients best interest.
